Emblem3 to Open for Selena on Tour!

Big news, Emblem3 fans! Drew Chadwick, Wesley Stromberg and Keaton Stromberg will be hitting the road this summer – with none other than Selena Gomez. Yes, the boys of E3 will be opening for Sel on the North American leg of her Stars Dance Tour. Needless to say, the guys are super excited.

“We’re so psyched to be touring North America and Canada later this year, hitting a bunch of cities our fans haven’t seen us in yet. We’ve been looking to get back out and couldn’t think of anyone more dope than Selena to do it with. Gonna be a fun ride!” they said in a statement about the tour announcement.

WATCH: Selena and Her BFFs Dance to “Come & Get It”

Selena Gomez is good at everything.

Okay, we haven’t taken a full inventory of everything in the world people can be good at and checked it against Sel’s skills, but we’re still pretty confident in the statement. She’s a great actress, singer AND dancer. She loves choreographing dance routines with her best friends in her free time. She’s done dances to lots of famous songs, but yesterday, she uploaded a video to one of her own songs, “Come & Get It.”

“Me and my girls back at it in the studio, but with my own tunes this time : ) Thanks to @ChaeLynne and @gwenysloco for choreographing and @benrenschen for putting a fun spin on it! Demi Spills on the Evolution of Her Friendship with Sel

Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez have been through a lot together. They met when they were super young when they costarred on Barney and then both found success as part of the Disney Channel family in their teens. For a long time, Sel and Demi were total BFFs, but it’s no secret to their fans that they drifted apart over the years. In her recent interview with MTV, Demi opened up about how their friendship has changed – and why they appreciate each other more than ever!

According to Demi, she and Sel don’t talk every single day, but they still think of each other as BFFs because when they do talk, it’s just like nothing has changed. Aww! Here are few choice quotes from Demi’s thoughts on Selena, but you’ll have to watch the whole video (above) for everything.

  • On Sel’s single “Come & Get It”: “I love her single, “Come & Get It.” I went on vacation in Barbados and that’s all I listened to…And when it comes on the radio, I like turn it up really loud and I tell everyone to shut up – unless they’re singing it!”
  • On their friendship: “We’ve been through a lot together. We’ve had periods of time where we grew apart and we just didn’t really talk, but now we’re in a place where I think we realize that life is so short and that when you have people in your life that love you so much then you should just always be around them.”
  • On Sel: “She has a great soul. She’s talented. She’s beautiful. And she will always be really, really close to my heart.”

Selena: Back on the Big Screen!

Now that Selena Gomez‘s album is well underway, does this mean the star is taking a break in her acting career? Uh, no way!

Selena recently started filming for her latest movie, Rudderless, in Oklahoma. Her costar Felicity Huffman recently tweeted some funny pics of the two, above. The two have really perfected the art of the “scared” selfie!

But that’s not all for busy Selena; she recently scored a guest appearance in an upcoming horror flick called Aftershock. Don’t worry, Selenators: Selena won’t be in any onscreen danger! She just stopped by while she was on tour in South America to film a short cameo scene for the director (a fan of hers).

“It’s actually a very funny scene… and it’s cute,” Selena told MTV. “Well, I mean, the movie’s not cute. It’s actually scary, but [my] scene was cute.”

Selena’s Random Tour Must-Haves: Revealed!

When stars go on tour, they often demand their buses or dressing rooms to be stocked with some pretty interesting things. (Remember when JB wanted his room to be prepped with bags of Swedish Fish? LOL!)

Selena Gomez is about to kick off her Stars Dance Tour, and she’ll be traveling the world for three whole months! What do you think she’ll want to keep by her side?

As it turns out – some pretty random stuff. Selena spilled to MTV about what she keeps on her tour bus at all times: “Incense, pickles always. I’ll be honest… ramen. That’s what I have. I’m more about food and apparently incense.”

Hm – incense, pickles and ramen. Good thing Sel doesn’t seem to have any crazy diva requests!
