When we chatted with Chelsea Staub and Kyle Masey, who voice characters in Disney’s new animated series Fish Hooks, at Radio Disney, they spilled on how much fun they have working on the show together. “Fish Hooks is the story of three fish friends,” Chelsea explains. “I play Bea and she’s the only girl in the trio. They’re always getting into trouble, kind of your typical high school drama.” The two have a blast voicing animated characters! Since they don’t have to be on screen, Chelsea said she loves going into work in her sweatpants. “Voicing an animated character is a lot different from acting on television,” Kyle, who plays Milo, explains. “We have to do a lot of noises, like gargling, sliding and a lot of screaming.” Watch our video above to see Chelsea and Kyle talking about owning pet goldfish!
