According to starpulse, Selena Gomez says,“Everybody wants to cut his hair. I want to cut his hair!” She explains that when she has a conversation with Justin, he can’t help but flick his hair the entire time. This happens in even 45 second conversations! Selena explains that whenever he does this, she says, “Why are you doing that!”
