It seems like everyone just can’t put their cell phones down these days! Every celeb you see always has theirs in their hand as they’re out and about, at the airport or even at dinner. But it’s not just the stars– we seem to be pretty glued to our phones too! We want to know–is it totally cool to have your phone out or is it uncool and kind of rude? cell phones are cool but only to a certain extent..havin it out wen ur bored..we all tend to do that alot but havin it out at dinner is totally uncool..u shuld enjoy ur fam. or friends cause lifes very short to b wasting it on ur cell

Actually it depends on the occasion,if u r hanging out with ure frens or family or someone else,it will be rude using ure handphone in front of them evry now n then.It gives ppl the feeling that u r bored,n their feelings will be affected too.However,if ure alone or doing nth,it will be okay to use ure hp:D

My friend was texting her friend and I was just sitting there like hello, I don’t have a phone. Which I don’t. Which kinda stinks. I mean, it’s kinda rude if your on a date or w/ company and your texting or calling someone. Then I think it’s uncool. Peace Out!!!

- wobblesmm3 on March 16 2010:I had to write a comment, because I wanted to say that I don’t have a phone, so that is part of the reason I voted against. BUT, it was mostly because it is rude to have your phone out too much, especially if you’re with friends, or a fancy restaurant. It’s just rude to have it out all the time.
