The American Music Awards are this Sunday and we will be there covering it just for you! Our girl Taylor Swift is up for FIVE awards including ‘Artist of the Year.’ Lady Gaga also has a big night ahead of her. Not only is she up for four awards — including ‘Artist of the Year’ against Tay — but she is also performing! We can’t wait to see what crazy costume she’s going to come up with next! Black Eyed Peas, Kings of Leon and Beyoncé are also up for awards too. It’s going to be a fun night! Who do think should win Artist of the Year? Taylor Swift or Lady Gaga. Let us know!

- vanillalover on August 3 2010:lady gaga sings about stuff that kids shouldn’t even know about at their age. but i’m older and i understand. but taylor swift singing about things that kids wouldn’t mind hearing like, “back then i swore i was going to mary him someday” and “i hate that stupid old pick-up truck you’d never let me drive” that stuff, parents would let their kids hear. but the stuff that lady gaga sings, kids shouldn’t be knowing about. most of the stuff that she sings, i can’t even say when i’m alone that it’s so innapropriate!!! i vote 4 taylor.
