Holy Cow! We can’t believe that Miley is celebrating her SEVENTEENTH birthday today! It seems like just yesterday she was a wide eyed 13 year old who just booked Hannah Montana and had no idea what type of fame was in store for her. We just want to give Miley a BIG birthday SHOUT OUT and let her know how much we love her! Happy Birthday, Miley! We hope today is just the start of the most rockin’ and awesome year you’ve had yet!
