Justin’s mall MADNESS! BOP & TB readers were there!

OMG, did you hear about what happened at Justin Bieber’s appearance at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, NY? So many fans turned out that the event got out of control and had to be canceled. Justin was scheduled to make an appearance and perform at the Justice store in the mall, but no one was prepared for how many fans would turn up! The appearance had to be canceled for safety concerns. Justin was superbummed that he couldn’t go to meet his fans at the mall! He Tweeted, “I’m sorry to everyone who was in Long Island at the Mall 2day. I was just trying to come meet fans and never meant to disappoint anyone.” Justin hopes to make it up to all of the fans who were let down by the cancellation.

But that’s not all. We knew BOP & Tiger Beat readers just like YOU were at the event today, so we got two FIRST-HAND accounts of what really happened. Check out their stories after the jump…

Reader Nikki wrote us and said:
“So it was complete chaos, today. There had to be thousands of people there. They called in cops from all over the island to get everyone out of there. It only happened because some girls trampled a little, little girl and her glasses got broken and so on. The cops started screaming at all the fans there and pushing everyone. One even grabbed my friend’s arm and pulled her down the stairs. People thought that Justin was in Justice, but turns out he was never even there. Girls actually got arrested & he and his mother would have been arrested if they went. Girls started chanting “We’re not leaving!”, and “JUSTIN!”. Stores around Justice started closing up because they were being mobbed and people were pretty much hiding in them. None of it was Justin’s fault, though. . I’ll just keep my hopes up for next time…”

“So I go to Roosevelt Field Mall at 12:45 PM ish. I was far behind in the line. They must have been at least 2,000 girls in front of me. So I go up to the second level of the line which was under high security. I decided to stay on the line even though I was 100 percent sure I wouldn’t get in. At around 2:00 they gave out wristbands which meant you would meet Justin. I didn’t have a wristband. All the people with wristbands were brought inside the mall and people without stood in the downstairs parking lot. Me and my friends Brittany and Sam decided to move up closer to where the police were. We go up there and the police are on megaphone saying the event has been canceled. Girls are outside throwing up from crying so hard and chanting “We want Justin!!!!!” We left and went inside of the mall, we go by Justice the store where the CD signing is supposed to take place and get pushed into a mob of around 1,000 girls. Girls start pushing into the doors where the people with the wristbands were moved into, which was like a stock room. All of a sudden the doors open and about 50 of us get pushed in the door and get on a line with the girls with wristbands that meant you will see Justin. I get on the back of the line. About 20 minutes later a police officer comes in and starts telling us the event is canceled. Nobody believed him because just 15 minutes before, Justin tweeted saying he was coming. Only like 5 girls got off the line and went home while the rest of us stayed on line. All of a sudden a bunch of cops charge through a side door all lined up screaming that if we don’t leave we will be arrested. We start walking away but then all the other people stay so we decide to stay. Like 5 minutes later a mob of crying girls with yellow wristbands pass us hysterically crying. So we leave, too. We get out and there are even more girls standing on tables chanting “WE WANT JUSTIN”. It was crazy.”
