Every issue of Tiger Beat features a section called “For Your Eyes Only.” Part of this spread asks YOU to design an outfit for one of your favorite stars. Each month we get piles upon piles (hundreds even!) of mail with entries from our creative readers, each showing how THEY would dress the celeb if given the chance.
