Exciting news for Taylor Swift fans! Tay will officially release her new single “22″ on April 1, 2013! This had better not be an April Fool’s joke.

Tay’s new track features upbeat vibes and free-spirited lyrics. Unlike her previous singles “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and “I Knew You Were Trouble,” the new single is not a break-up song!

“22″ is a feel-good, girl power anthem. Pretty refreshing to hear from the Tay after all of the boy drama-fueled songs, right?

What do you think of “22″? Are you excited to hear Tay release songs that do not have a break-up involved? Let us know in the comments and on Twitter!
