After splitting from long-time boyfriend Nick Hoult last month, Jennifer Lawrence already has a date lined up for this year’s Academy Awards (she’s nominated again for Silver Linings Playbook). Okay, so it’s not a romantic date, but we love that Jennifer doesn’t ever miss a beat. She proudly proclaimed on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night that she’s taking her parents to the Oscars.
“Of course! That’s a given,” Jen gushed when asked if she was taking her parents to the big event. “I’ve never really had a problem with getting tickets for my family, which is weird because I think it’s like a big struggle, normally you only get a plus one.”
