News of a guy in One Direction getting a tattoo is hardly even news at this point. Zayn and Harry love their ink and Liam and Louis have even started to get in on the tattoo craze. One member of the band makes headlines when he goes against the 1D trend though: Niall remains the tat-less member of One Direction. Rumors are always going to circulate when you’re part of a mega famous band like 1D, but Niall is quick to defend his ink-free status.

- P!nk on March 28 2013I think Niall is smart for not getting a tattoo. He should never put something perminent on his body. Plus Niall is perfect the way he is right now. I’m a person that doesn’t like smoking, drinking, piercings, tattoos, and cussing. I like One Direction just not the fact they drink and have tattoos. So yeah byebye

- niallsnumberonefan on February 16 2013I am a Niall’s girl for sure, I am glad that he doesnt plan on getting on tattoo, but if he did I would still love him but remember whatever you plan on getting will always be there forever and it is permanent so think and choose wisely and carefully if you do but in the meantime that you arent than I guess you should be all right.
