While the rest of us have been resting and enjoying some time away from school and responsibility after the holidays, Justin Bieber finished an album. Way to make us feel lazy, Justin! Of course, it’s not like we can be mad at him – we’re too excited for the album! Justin’s manager, Scooter, tweeted this pic of him and Justin last night after they finished the album and announced the news to Beliebers everywhere.
