Just as we’re wiping away tears from the news of Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber’s breakup, we heard that the couple formerly known as Jelena had a brief reunion this weekend!
Don’t get too excited: it wasn’t a get-back-together kind of reunion, but sources are saying that the two definitely spent some time together in New York City this weekend.
Sel’s in town for a Glamour event tonight, and Justin has a show. A source said they saw Selena and Justin cross paths in a NYC hotel. Apparently, they talked for a couple hours.
Both of the superstars have been almost too busy with work to worry about heartbreak: Sel recently tweeted about her KMart event:

Justin, meanwhile, got all sappy on Twitter after winning three European Music Awards:

Justin went on to thank his fans, saying, “we will never stop. thank you for believing in me. making me believe in myself. and knowing that WE win…OUR ALBUM. OUR SUCCESS. OUR SMILES. i love u #beliebers”
We’re super sad about the split, but we’re glad both of them are being so mature about it. Plus, they both have super-great fans to lean on. We love you, Sel and Justin!

I never was a HUGE fan of Jelena. I am a HUGE fan of Selena no so much on Justin’s side. But i have to say they make a great couple however whatever is best for them is up to them
