We all know it can be totally awkward when you run into an ex at school or something, but we can’t even imagine how uncomfortable it’d be running into him at a huge awards show! This is a problem Selena Gomez has to face, because she was supposed to be sitting next to ex-BF Justin Bieber at the American Music Awards. Now, sources close to Sel say she’s backed out of the show to avoid any awkward confrontations.
“The seating arrangement at the upcoming American Music Awards HAS changed,” the source said. “Justin and Selena will NOT be seated side-by-side.”
The source went on to say that Sel isn’t even confirmed to be at the show! The new seating arrangement has Biebs sitting next to his pal and mentor, Usher.
