This is VERY exciting news. Wizards of Waverly Place was nominated for an Emmy award for “Outstanding Children’s Program.” Everyone who works on the show is EXTREMELY honored and excited. This includes Selena Gomez and Jennifer Stone who BOTH shared their thoughts on Twitter today. Wizards of Waverly Place got nominated for an Emmy!!!!!!!!!, Selena wrote, What an honor, I’m speechless. I am so blessed! Cant wait to celebrate with the crew today!! Her cast mate and friend Jennifer Stone also had a few words to say, “The show you work on gets nominated for a Daytime Emmy and everyone turns into guests at the mad tea party.” I guess they’re all super excited! Wizards is up against Hannah Montana AND iCarly so it’s going to be a tight competition. Either way, congratulations to everybody!
