Thanks to everyone for sending in their questions for Picture This star Cindy Busby. Here are her answers to YOUR questions! Don’t forget – Picture This is in stores right now!

1. I wanted to know what was it like working with Ashley Tisdale? Thanks! – Selena

Hi Selena. Working with Ashley Tisdale was as great as you could imagine. She’s just such a wonderful person who loves her job and having an amazing time while in the process. Ashley is hard working, hands on, responsible, and loves a good laugh. After working with her it became clear to me why she is so successful, she’s just a joy to be around.

2. Do you think that you and your character Lisa have a lot in common? or you are totally different from her? – Laura

Great question Laura. I’d have to say I don’t have much in common with my character Lisa Cross in Picture This, so it was a very big stretch for me. She is contriving and bossy and I personally try to stay away from people like that.

3. What is your best advice for teenagers dealing with mean girls?- Kelly

I certainly hope you don’t have that problem Kelly. My best advice with dealing with mean girls is just ignore them. I know this sounds hard, but mean people continue to be mean when they know it bothers you. If you aren’t affected by what they say then they will have no reason to continue. You have to remember that in high school EVERYONE is self conscious and not confident (even those popular people), so they aren’t better than you; they just want you to think they are!

4. What character would you love to play/who would you like to change places with? – Vanessa

Thanks Vanessa. Reese Witherspoon is someone I look up to a lot. I would have loved to play Elle Woods in Legally Blonde because it was such a fun part. It must have been such a blast playing against the stereotype of the typical “dumb blond” and the clothes were so cool! I also loved Kirsten Dunst’s character Claudia in the movie Interview with the Vampire, I swear I must have watched it one hundred times. She was so young, yet her interpretation was incredibly vivid and dramatic.

5. What was your fav pair of shoes you wore in the movie. – Katie

Looks like you love shoes just like me, Katie. My favorite pair of shoes were purple suede heels with a patent leather strap from Nine West. I wore them in the mall scene with the colorful dress. They were just so beautiful and surprisingly comfortable, but unfortunately I didn’t get to keep them.

6. Can you tell a secret about Ashley?? – Hannah

Sounds like you want some juicy gossip, Hannah. I did get to know Ashley quite well during the filming of Picture This because we hung out a lot, so I can’t reveal too much about her. I can tell you that Ashley LOVES shopping and sushi. She is very close with her family. Her mom, sister and boyfriend came to visit her on set. She always likes to start her day with a delicious iced coffee.

7. What is something that no one knows about playing a mean girl? -Aly

Thanks for writing, Aly. Playing a mean girl is hard work, but it is amazingly fun because I get to act completely different from my everyday attitude. It does take a lot of energy to portray a truthful mean girl. I have to admit, sometimes I felt a little bad doing all those mean things to Ashley because she is such a great person.

8. What was the craziest thing that ever happened on set? – Kelly

Believe it or not Kelly, lots of great crazy things happened on set! Here’s a good one. One night we were shooting the party scene in this huge mansion and everyone was tired because it was a long day. Then all of a sudden Ashley and I put some Britney Spears music on really loud and started dancing and singing in front of everyone. It was so funny because everyone was staring at us, but we didn’t care! We started jumping on the couches and got in some trouble because we weren’t allowed. Oops…

9. Hey i was wondering what your favorite scene was in the movie! – Lauren

I hope you loved the movie Lauren. My favorite scene in Picture This is the mean girl ritual scene at the party. It was so hilarious singing and chanting with candles. Marie Marguerite (Blair), Angela (Kimberley) and I had the giggles during that scene. The three of us thought of what to say and how to say it. I also loved it when Lisa threw up. It was disgusting, but it looked great and I only had to do one take!

10. When the going gets tough, who or what keeps you going and is your inspiration? And have you ever had any encounters with “mean girls?” Also, what is one thing that nobody knows about the making of Picture This? – Rebecca

Wow, good one, Rebecca. Whenever I need advice or a shoulder to cry on, my mother is always there for me. She and I are really close and we talk on the phone everyday, especially when I’m working far away. She is definitely my inspiration and my #1 fan. I did encounter mean girls in high school and they did hurt my feelings, but I just ignored them and made sure I surrounded myself with respectful and positive people. You may not know this, but Picture This was shot in Montreal, Canada and we even shot for a couple of days in my home town, called Rosemere. It was very exciting.
